Palatine Real Estate remains strong for September of 2010!  Year to date 209 Palatine homes have sold and although the sale are down 9.1%, sales prices are up 6.1%.  Great news for sellers in Palatine!  With 272 homes on the market, buyers have their fair share of homes to pick from and still are going to be able to negociate on pricing.  Palatine Townhomes and Condo sales are down 10.6%.  With 367 attached homes currently on the market, Palatine is flooded with units to choose from and in turn buyers have a great negociating tool.  This year 312 attached homes have sold and prices are down 25.6%, many of them have been short sales and foreclosures.  As of right now there are 100 foreclosures and short sales on the market.  We are not seeing as great of a recovery in this area but there... 10/19/2010
