Hi guys! Here's a quick video on the Village of Palatine's 4th of July Festival for 2013. It's a great time to come out with family and friends to celebrate our nation's Independence Day! Presented by the Village of Palatine and the Palatine Jaycees, the festival includes a carnival, live music, various food booths from restaurants in the area, a parade, and an amazing fireworks display at 9PM on Friday July 5th. If you're coming out to see the fireworks, make sure you get out there early and claim a spot. The best place to see the spectacular fireworks show is in the baseball field right next to the carnival. So I thought it would be a good idea to write a quick blog post with some tips for people who are looking to rent a home but don't have great credit history. I've been receiving a lot of phone calls lately with people who are all in similar situations.
