Welcome to the Morton Pumpkin Festival Mark you calendars now for the the 2008 Pumpkin Festival on Sept. 10 - 13.Morton is located between Peoria and Blooomington at the intersection of interstates 74 and 155.  Morton is midway between St. Louis, Chicago, Indianapolis and Des Moines - 10 minutes from Peoria, 30 minutes from Bloomington-Normal, 50 minutes from Springfield and three hours from Chicago and St. Louis.  To get to festival grounds, take I-74 Exit 102 and go south to stoplight at Jackson St.  Turn left and go to 4-way stop at Main St.  Turn right and go to stoplight at Jefferson St.  Festival grounds are to your left along Jefferson St. 07/20/2008
