December 2012 sales were at a mid level compared to December of 2011 and 2010. December YTD sales of 144 are running 15.2% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 125.   The Median Sales Price in December was $508,500, up 88.0% from $270,500 in December of 2011 and up 7.2% from $474,500 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $494,190, up 46.3% from $337,792 in December of 2011 and up 2.7% from $481,161 last month.
