I spent the weekend negotiating on behalf of my seller of a property in Lake Barrington. As with all negotiations it was a back and forth between buyer and seller to find terms agreeable for this Lake Barrington Shores townhouse. We reach agreement and set about making sure all the paperwork is complete. Ok so this one is fun because my entire real estate career has been turned uside down with the addition of our new puppy Finlay. My friends know, my family knows, they get fed up of me reminding them. I hate the heat and therefore summer in Barrington is the season I don't enjoy, I bear it, just about. If you're looking for more information on Barrington weather here's my month by month weather recount. Back to my dog and me.We got a new puppy in July, bang smack in the middle of summer and the heat. The advantages are I don't have to worry about loading on layers of clothes each time we go out for a bathroom break. The disadvantages are it's hot. Even with shorts, flip flops and tees, it's hot.
