Could the 'spring market' be coming early said the guy in the newpaper?Well I don't want to be flippant but .... DUH!  We are still having the 'multiple offer fall market, now going into winter, oh no ... it's going to be the Spring market here!'Multiple offers in the Northwest Suburbs are all over the place but especially in the lower price ranges. Buyers must have all their paperwork ready and a strategy in their heads. Any lag time and you will loose out on a favored house.  Example of my own listing just the other day - Buyers agent tells the buyer that they need to have their pre-approval updated because it is already a few months old.
