At least the realtors and landlords know that in the economic time with which we find ourselves, getting 100% qualified renters with clean credit: is not commonplace.  Many unfortunate people have fallen prey to the economic turn that has thrown our county into a tail spin. And those folks are not what this blog is about. I have never had a property that was to be auctioned, but now I ahve to appear at one. Do I twittle my thumbs on the magic day or do something? I can smile!!!!! Location: 873 River, Carol Stream, IL. The bank has already denied a purchase at 76% of asking with 23% down. Minor item - property now 98% of my offer. Bank reserves the right to not accept final highest offer at auction. Is this a sane scenario? The last property tgat I lost to an auction came back as a cureent listing. Want to buy a property at 72.5% of list price? Are all banks  this far out in left field?
