He stated that he is looking to quickly build his client base and to network with REALTORS and investors so that he may offer the great programs that his company has to offer. We hope everyone had a great 4th of July! It is hard to believe the summer is half over. Our kids go back to school in 7 weeks!!!We started off our day in the annual Carol Stream 4th of July Parade. We have participated in this parade for the last 8 years. Our children always look forward to walking in the parade. We wear our "Orze Team" t-shirts and our RE/MAX red, white and blue hats and we are good to go(the 4 of us are standing in front of the float)!! This year there were roughly 100 entries in the parade. The theme was- Carol Stream's MVP- Most Valuable People. Our office (RE/MAX All Pro - Bloomingdale) float was awarded "Best Overall Entry" by the parade committee which is made up of our Carol Stream Village Trustees. The street were packed with people. Carol Stream will be hosting their annual 4th of July parade on Wednesday, July 4th. This year's theme is     Carol Stream's MVP - Many Valuable People. The parade starts at the corner of County Farm Road and Lies Road promptly at 10:00am. The parade route is Lies Rd going east to Gary Ave. ending at Ross Ferraro Town Center.   Carol Stream is having their 34th annual Bicycle Rodeo Saturday June 2, 2007.  This event is sponsored by the Carol Stream Police Department. The event starts at 9am and continues through noon at the Village Town Center at Lies Road and Gary Avenue.  Children ages 3 to 5 can participate in a bike safety course and have their bikes inspected.  A technician from Prairie Path Cycles in Winfield will be available to make minor adjustments.  Children that participate in the safety course and register their bikes will receive T-Shirts and helmets.Registering your bike is like a vehicle sticker.  The stickers are places on registered bikes and helps identify the bike should it be lost or stolen.  Bikes that are registered can be returned to their owners when found.  All ages are welcome to r... 06/01/2007
