You can call any mortgage company or bank and let them know that you are thinking of buying a home. They will ask you some questions and sometimes prequalify you right over the phone. If you need some help with that notify an agent and he or she will help you. Next after you qualify select an agent that you want to work with and he or she will begin helping you find a home. Many great homes are on the market but i can't find the buyers. WERE ARE YOU?  This is the best time to buy. Right now you have the best of two worlds. Interest rates are low and the homes have all come down in price. SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Are you waiting for the homes to start going up or Interest rates to climb or homes to go so high that you can't afford to buy? COME ON, I hate to see you not have a home because you didn't take that first BIG STEP. Let me help you, that's what I do.  CALL OR E-MAIL ME right now and we are on our way step by step to get you a home. SO I ASK AGAIN 'WHERE ARE ALL THE BUYER?  Phyllis

There were probably 100 workers, like bees, swarming over the area.Macy's will be the main anchor and sits at the north end of the Promenade. Lots stores from Barnes and Noble to Starbucks to Coach and H&M. Restaurants on the outer sides. And, hopefully, some of the planted flowers will start blooming.Macy's (still trying to convert the old Marshall Field's Shoppers) had many new sales clerks trying to learn their products.I think I'd wait a couple of weeks when everything is running smoothly. You...
