Short Sale Success in Bolingbrook IL - Another Closed Short Sale!   I just got back to the office from my Bolingbrook short sale closing. The first thing I did when I got out of closing was call my seller. Since he is out of town, I knew that he was anxiously waiting to heard the news of short sale closing.
