Short Sale Success in Bolingbrook IL - Another Closed Short Sale!   I just got back to the office from my Bolingbrook short sale closing. The first thing I did when I got out of closing was call my seller. Since he is out of town, I knew that he was anxiously waiting to heard the news of short sale closing. I think I was more excited than he was when I told him the news, he was thrilled and explained to me that I just took away the biggest stress in his life -- that in itself is reward for me.   This short sale was a little trickier since there was a 1st and 2nd mortgage.
