With all the challenges we have experienced in real estate in 2007, we are ready for some positive changes in 2008!!Although the Bartlett real estate market has seen it's share of challenges this year, Bartlett home sales have remained stronger than a lot of other markets and has continued to build in momentum. Well I have to say I think Im done for the year. You Stagers Know what Im talking about Im sure. Im talking about all the SALES.....I think my partner and I have visited every store in the Chicago land area, and bought at least one item from each. We both have big SUV's and for the past 3 days they have been stuffed full with area rugs, picture frames, throw pillow to love seats.But when you see up to 80% off, some how I think we will be doing a bit more shopping. Who said that the real estate market is "dead" during the holidays???? We think we have seen some very positive changes in the real estate market lately! We have definately seen an increase in activity. Believe it or not there are a lot more showings going on now. We think people are starting to realize it is not as bad as the media is trying to make it. At least not in the Chicagoland area. Every real estate market is very different.
