Bartlett is a great small community located in Cook, DuPage and a small part in Kane Counties. The population was 41,400 by the 2011 census and has definitely grown from the original 360 in 1900.  Bartlett was incorporated in 1891 after Luther Bartlett who offered the right of way thru his land to the Chicago and Pacific railroad.
