Helping Our Heroes The Realtors Association of NorthWest Chicagoland and Weathersfield Lakes Association have joined forces to assist Helping Our Heroes (HOH). Helping Our Heroes is a program dedicated to raising money to help active duty Illinois military personnel in financial distress. Helping Our Heroes is sponsored by the Realtors Association of NorthWest Chicagoland Charitable Foundation.
