It's funny how, sometimes, we're so used to hearing something that we don't hear the new thing when we first hear it. Say what?   For example, if I had a nickel for every time someone said "CO2" instead of "CO" when referring to carbon monoxide... well, I might have about $2.65. It's CO, people.  C.O.  Not CO2. The Barrington IL Housing market has been extremely active during the last few months but now the interest rates have started to climb a bit and families are taking well earned vacations while school is out, it's time to take a closer look and wonder if things might slow down a bit. South Barrington was home to highest priced Barrington area sale in June 2013 Every month I write about the highest priced sale in the Barrington area. It's another one of those litmus tests to get a feel for what's happening in our real estate market. On June 21st 2013 the property at 32 Witt Road in South Barrington closed at $2,600,000.
