Relocation buyers have a deadline. It may be immediate or it might be some way out. Relocation buyers may visit once, twice or several times before they actually buy a property. Many relocating buyers these days are not corporate driven. Corporate relocations have declined, at least as far as relocation assistance whether monetary or physically is concerned. I have always focused my relocation business on those with no corporate assistance provided, or no need for corporate assistance. That still amounts to a lot of relocating families who need the best in relocation help. I would estimate that it's a lot less than 50% of relocation buyers that receive corporate help. Vacant Land - Always the last part of a fallen real estate market to dust off the rubble and come back to the market! There's no shortage of it but land sales are beginning to pick up steam again. When the market was buoyant we used to have about 100 available lots for sale in Barrington 60010 area at a time. Currently we have 173 available vacant lots with sizes from 0.05 acres in town to 60 acres in Barrington Hills. There are a further 10 more lots under contract. Vacant land sales have been progressing over the last few years. Barrington Drone Photographer  - The Right and Legal Way!I own a drone. It's the DJI Phantom 3 Pro. It has a stabilized Go-Pro 12 megapixel HD camera mounted on the underneath and I use a mini Ipad to see where I fly. Truth be told I have not yet flown it yet, my son has. The control is like a game controller so for him, being a gamer it was as easy as pie. We had some fun with it last year with one thing in mind. Add it to my real estate tools to provide great aerial photos of homes and land.The FAA were aware people were using these lightweight drones in business and at that time a pilots license was really needed to fly one for business purposes.
