Last weekend, I spent the afternoon on the far east side of Aurora doing research on several popular townhome complexes. The first was Park Avenue Subdivision where I had an appointment to do a market analysis. This complex is located on New York Street just west of Eola and is in a prime location for buyers looking for a home that's close to both Aurora and Naperville. Some of the more popular features with the Park Avenue townhomes include pond and woods views, partial brick fronts and some units feature full basements.
