Single Family homes sales in Waikele have remained steady. Average sales prices of single family homes have rebounded back to the 2006 levels.  The current inventory levels make it a nice balance for both buyers and sellers.Condo and townhouse sales in Waikele are another story.  Average sales prices have climbed while sales volume has dropped some. Waipio Gentry is a planned community in Waipahu, Hawaii.  The Waipio Gentry area also includes Crestview and Seaview.Single Family homes sales have softened. Average sales prices of single family homes have leveled to a slight decline.  Sales volume year to date has been steady.  It was a little slow in June.  Inventory levels are at a nice balance between a seller's and a buyer's market.  With mortgage interest rates holding relatively low, we may see a steady market for the 2nd half of 2007 in the Waipio Gentry Area.Condo and townhouse sales have seen average sale price climb.  Sales volume has dropped some from the 2006 volume.   Currently Active for Sale (July 6, 2007):  18 Single Family Homes30 Condos/ TownhousesCurrently in Escrow (July 6, 2007):  4 Single Family Homes  9 Condos/ ...

On March 31, 2007 I wrote my first post on our doggie Shadow...My English Cocker Spaniel "Shadow" On April 25th, 2007 I wrote a post about how worried I was about our doggie Shadow. ...... She went to the groomers last week and came home stressed out and urinated pure blood.  Rushed her to the vet. Many blood tests sent to the mainland.  Just got the results.  He blood platlets are supposed to be between 125 to 200 and hers are 24!  We take her back tomorrow for a follow up.  Everything seems normal now...she's on steroids and antibiotics but they can't figure out what's wrong.  The vet said keep her quiet because if she gets hurt she could bleed to death because her blood is not clotting....anyone heard of this?  I know you all aren't vets ...just wanted to know if anyone heard of this...

I wrote this whole thing out and lost it...now I had to do it again.  I thought I would just post as a group post only and get a response....Hmmmm...I am feeling very down today.  My doggie Shadow is very sick.
