Princeville, Kauai- Ka'iulani of Princeville condos for sale There has been some recent activity at Ka'iulani of Princeville with five homes that are now contingent  (offer has been accepted and the sale is pending). Ka'iulani 5,6,8 & 10 and 50 are contingent condos for sale with a median listing price of $1,225,000.  I doubt that the homes will sell for the list price but the median sales price will certainly be above $1 million once they are sold.  So, the median sales price should  trend back up.
