O'ahu Median Sales Pricing Softens in July with Increases in Inventory and Listings  Sales prices dip slightly while pending sales and active inventory remain strong   HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®,O'ahu's housing market showed signs of cooling in July, with single-family home sales down 7.4% year-over-year to 249 units, while condo sales remained unchanged at 398 units. Year-to-date sales were down in both markets, declining 2.9% for single-family homes and 5.1% for condos. In the single-family home market, sales between the $800,000 and $999,999 range increased by 20% and accounted for nearly one third of all transactions. O'ahu Housing Sales Tick Upward in June, Pricing Keeps Steady Single-family homes and condo sales inch upwards, Condos pricing dips slightly HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, Oʻahu’s housing market experienced a slight boost in June, with single-family home sales rising 12% and condominium sales up 0.8%, year-over-year. Compared to the first half of 2024, year-to-date sales were down in both markets, 2.1% for single-family homes and 6% for condominiums.
