O'ahu Housing Market Remained Steady in August Single-family home and condo markets see moderate changes in median price, mixed sales, and shifting inventory levels HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, the O'ahu housing market saw modest shifts across both single-family home and condominium sectors in August. Single-family home sales increased slightly by 2.4%, while condo sales dipped 2.5%. Median prices showed stability overall, with single-family homes down 1.5% to $1,105,500 and condos up 3.0% to $515,000. O'ahu Median Sales Pricing Softens in July with Increases in Inventory and Listings  Sales prices dip slightly while pending sales and active inventory remain strong   HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®,O'ahu's housing market showed signs of cooling in July, with single-family home sales down 7.4% year-over-year to 249 units, while condo sales remained unchanged at 398 units.
