O'ahu Single-Family Home Sales Jump 20.5% as Median Price Rises Sales above $1.3 million nearly doubled year-over-year, while one in three homes sold still closed under $1 million HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, More than 1,000 Oʻahu properties priced at $500,000 and below have sold during the first half of 2026. Buyers closed on 180 properties in that price range in June, bringing the year-to-date total to 1,003 sales, while 1,224 active listings remained available at month’s end. During the first six months of the year, 35% of all single-family home sales closed below $1 million, while 47% of all condo sales closed below $500,000. O‘ahu Single-Family Home Sales Heat Up in July Single-family home sales rose 20.1%, while condo sales declined 7.8% year-over-year   HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, July saw year-over-year single-family home sales jump by 20.1%, from 224 to 269, while condo sales declined 7.8%, with 389 sales compared to 422 in July 2023.
