Nearly Half of August Condo Sales on O'ahu Closed Below $500,000 More than 1,200 listings remained available at that price point as the single-family median rose 12.2% on stronger sales above $1.3 million HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, More than 1,300 O'ahu properties priced at $500,000 and below have sold during the first eight months of 2026, with buyers closing on 183 properties in that price range in August to bring the year-to-date total to 1,397 sales. At month's end, 1,232 active listings remained available in that price range. That was going from 3 transaction in August of 2023 to 13 transactions this past month.
