The Morningview subdivision is a swim tennis subdivision located in Suwanee Georgia 30024 in Gwinnett county .  There are approximately 25 homes for sale in Morningview currently.  The high priced home for sale in Morningview is listed at $449,000 and the low price home is listed at $255,000.  There are currently 4 properties pending sale Morningview.  All are resale homes.  If we look at the price and sales trend things are starting to change.  Even thoughthe days n market have fallen substantially in Morningview sales, so has the price of the listed home.  That represents an 11.9% drop in average home price from November 2006 to November 2007.  In 2006 there were 75 homes sold and in 2007 only 38 homes sold.  Year to year, that is a 49% drop in home sales!         Subscribe To Our Atl... 01/09/2008
