It can’t be too old, and it must have updates like a jetted tub, and hard surface counters, and oiled bronze finishes.        Wood floors, except in the bedrooms.   And separate closets and vanities in the master – because one of you is less organized than the other.   One of you is focused on the land – the more the better.
