I went for a short drive today past Grovetown Trails to Pamir Place.  Once upon-a-time Pamir Place was a nice small patio style home community.  It has been a Haven for military families assigned to Fort Gordon, GA both for ownership and investors for rental units to fill housing needs. Most of the houses that have been built up to now were single story with a patio or deck on the back and small fenced-in backyard.  The original part of the subdivision remains the same, but not the last phase that was started and not completed by the original developer.  (This is also the case for Mill Branch in Grovetown.)
