I just scored REEEALLY big points today!  They accepted the contract!  Who is "they" you ask.  Well, they're a builder right here in Conyers, Georgia.I took a client to a new home community last week.  We found the perfect home... 4/2.5, formals, large kitchen with working center island, walk-in pantry, ceramic tile backsplash, 42" cherry cabinets, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, HUGE master suite... approx. 3,100 sq. ft. of living space!  The price... $246,000.Well... that $246,000 turned into $214,990!!!  The on-site agent called back and forth to his Sales Manager several times.  We spent a few hours at the Sales Center.  We needed to know what the bottom line number was.  We eventually wrote it up and it came back ACCEPTED!  Wait, it gets better!  The $10,000 ...
