Collier Hills saw a single closing in December and that was pretty much all. There were no new contracts written nor any new pending sales. With 19 available homes, priced from $380,000 to $799,000, Collier Hills currently has a 57-month supply of homes based upon the average rate of sales over the last quarter of 2010. This assumes, of course, that sales and inventory levels remain relatively constant.
