Unfortunately, Winter Park is also falling victim to the stagnant real estate market. It has an oversupply of homes and sluggish buyer demand. A strong buyer market is in place. There is no short term improvement forecast for market conditions. A huge supply of inventory needs to be sold off. The high sale price was $2,295,000, the low was $114,140, and the average price is $462,639.
