Tequesta Inventory Level Declines 6% in May The real estate market in south Florida remains extremely strong with buyers scrambling to find the right opportunities and take advantage of interest rates that keep setting new historical lows. Ever so slowly the change from a bear market to a bull market continues to show momentum in South Florida. Investors are making up about 1/3 of the current market and their appetite continues to grow with prices being driven much higher in many investment grade communities. Tequesta Absorption Rates Down for 3rd Straight Month The real estate market here in South Florida continues to defy gravity. Sales throughout the north county area were super strong in March with solid double digit gains over February numbers. We will be looking forward to the final numbers from April a few weeks down the road but can tell you at this point they too look rather amazing.
