 The community of North Passage in Tequesta Florida is really spectacular.  The community is both gated and has several waterfront homes.  It only takes about 20 minutes directly down the Loxahatchee river to get to the ocean and the ride is beautiful.  You'll pass some of the areas prettiest homes on the way.With the addition of Island Way 2 years ago, this location also offers easy access to I-95, the Turnpike and everything else, Jupiter and Tequesta have to offer.If you're looking for a beautiful waterfront community, be sure to check it out!

Tequesta, Florida is a wonderful city.  Situated between Jupiter and Hobe Sound, there aren't too many communities with the same old world florida feel that you get from this city.  There is everything from small townhomes to large palatial estates on Jupiter Island.  My favorite part of Tequesta though is the Tequesta Riverfront Homes.  Situated on the Loxahatchee River, there really aren't too many homes like it.  Beautiful wide river views and only minutes to the ocean.And the best part, with the small town feel, you still get access to everything that the Palm Beaches have to offer!

 There were 6 condos that were recorded as sold in Tequesta in July 2007 and there have been 52 condos sold in Tequesta since the beginning of 2007.  FYI - there were 6 Tequesta condos sold in July 2006.  The Challenge is that we have 180 condos on the market in Tequesta based on the MLS.  What do these numbers mean to us?  As a general rule I share with customers that with less than 6 months inventory the prices typically increase.  With an inventory between 6 months and 12 months the prices are usually stable.  And when inventory is over 12 months the prices will generally be coming down.  At this point with over 24 months inventory - there are deals to be made on a purchase.The following data are the Sold listings in July 2007 based on the data from the Regional MlS.List PriceSold Pr...

                                                      In this day in age of fast everything do you really want the person making your financial decisions a phone call away or at the closing table with you?  Do you really know anything about that person?  Where he/she worked last?Would a Realtor show property from 1500 miles away on the phone? (forget the licensing issue)  I think not.  Now I know their are exceptions to the rule but for the most part  this would not happen.  So if a Realtor would not why would you leave your most important finical decision of your life to someone on the phone?
