Tarpon Springs Florida was the site of our final walk-through today before we headed to the closing table. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Riverside Drive now has new owners and I am so pleased that I was able to find this home for them! The home is incredible, with the high ceilings and hand-carved front doors! So much love went into this home's construction. Mike flew in for the closing and Lorie Moots of Tropical Title in Palm Harbor had everything ready for him to sign. I know that Mike and Alice are going to love living in this fantastic home and adjusting to their life here in the Sunshine State.
