Every so often, I look at reports on the search strings readers are using to find our blog. One string that pops up quite often is "Savannah Crossing," where readers must be looking for information on this condominium development in Tallahassee.I have put together a "quick look" at the Savannah Crossing subdivision. Information was gathered both from the Tallahassee MLS as well as the tax records. The chart below is the market snapshot of Savannah Crossing and it appears "normal." We can see that properties that sold were priced better than those still on the market and significantly better than the Tallahassee condos that failed to sell.
