Several days ago I wrote an article entitled. "Is your listing priced to sell or priced from H^ll?" Essentially it was about sellers having high expectations when pricing their home. I received a call from a person in New Zeland today.They have a home listed in Southwest Ranches,Florida.The home is listed for $1.9 million! Her home has been listed for almost a year, there have been no offers and worse no showings in more than 4 months! She read our article and wanted to know "Why the market so slow?"   In Truth the market is experiencing a correction,based on appraisals that were too high a year ago!
