Are pets allowed in Seminole Isle condos and town houses? Yes, Seminole Isle allows pets. I get this question a lot from people that are interested in buying a town home or condo in this beautiful waterfront community of Seminole Isle. Per master association two pets are allowed per unit. It can be cats or dogs or a combination. In addition to that you can have pets like birds and fish or other small animals that stay permanently inside the unit. So, Yes, Seminole Isle is one of the few pet friendly communities here in Pinellas county. To my knowledge there is no weight limit at this time. Come to Seminole and check out this gated community. Buying a townhome or condo in Seminole Isle, a gated waterfront community. Are rentals allowed? Buyers have a million and two questions when it comes to condo or town home rules and regulations. There are a lot of things you need to know before you sign the real estate contract. Seminole Isle is a newer waterfront community consisting of 180 condos and 90 town houses. The one question I get all the time is about rental restrictions. Huge price reduction, great deal on a Short Sale Waterfront Condo in Seminole Isle. Just a few minutes ago a 1500 square feet unit on the third floor with great water views got reduced to $165,000. (is this a Teaser price??? or is it for real?) That is a new all time low for Seminole Isle. The unit has been on the market for a few months asking $225,000. It is a very nice unit, only a few years old, high ceilings, nice size balcony in a gated community. There are no appliances in the condo. This condo association allows pets. Seminole Isle condo size, square footage of units. Seminole Isle, gated waterfront condo complex has 3 different size floor plan for their condos. 1500 sf, 1700 sf, and 2100 sf. The corner units are all 2100 square feet and the unit numbers end in 01 and 06. We just closed on a short sale in the Seminole Isle condos Florida I was representing the buyer in this short sale situation. The seller, realtor and lawyers had started the short sale process with the bank in Jan 2008. They had received 3 offers on the Seminole Isle property between January and August, but all of them fell apart because the buyers did not want to wait months and months to go to closing. This was another example of the bank taking their merry time. Anyway, my buyer was looking for a 2100 square feet unit in Seminole Isle for a few months and we just could not find one that was priced according to market value. Here's the news; Single family listings UP, Single family sales DOWN, Condo listings down (kinda good news but the June/July number is only a difference of 17.  So lets not split hairs!) Condo sales DOWN - by 15! Wow!  Single family median price is down a whopping 20% from a year ago, Wow again! Condo median price down 13.1% from a year ago and last month it was UP 0.1% from a year ago.  Are we on a roller coaster or what? Seminole Isle condos. I have to write this post to say Thank you to Doug Walkowiak. I needed condo docs for Seminole Isle and I needed them badly and fast. Long story short between the owner and the realtor and the title company I just could not get them. I could have gotten a hard copy but nobody knew if it was updated. . .and so on. Well these Seminole Isle condo docs had to go all the way to the Czech Republic. and I was running out of time. My last resort was to called the condo association. I left a message, my phone call was returned ASAP and Doug Walkowiak the property manager said he would help me out and e mail them to me. The city of Seminole incorporated in 1970. It is a family orientated neighborhood  and has very little to no tourism and it is growing by the minute. About 30,000 people live in Seminole. Most of them in single family homes. Seminole is located in the south east of Pinellas County. Park Blvd connects it to the beach on the west site and to Tampabay on the eat site. It is a great location within minutes you can go everywhere. Most houses and condos in Seminole are what we call "high and dry" meaning no flood insurance is required. This and a medium sale price of $200,000 make Seminole a very attractive market for real estate.
