During the past three weeks we have seen an increase in activity with the exception of the holiday weekend. Prices continue to drop on those properties whee the owners have owned the property and the sale price still reflects a capital gain. We anticipate based on our office activity which closely matches the MLS that homes are selling if the have location, condition and pricing that will make a buyer feel comfortable about their purchase.This is the opinion of STEVEN HARP as of Sept 9th 2007.

I do currently have a home for sale in Satellite Beach Fl.  It is priced at $314,900.  On my previous blog you will see some pictures and descriptions.  But what I want to talk about is living in Satellite Beach FL.I moved to Satellite Beach in 1981.  We bought our home right off of DeSoto Parkway and raised our daughter in that home.  I loved living in the area.  I miss living there now.  A divorce changes many things and location was one of them.  Yesterday I went over to check on my listing at 391 Maple in Satellite Beach but when I was finished I took my dog to the Satellite Beach Dog Park.  They have a wonderful fenced area for big dogs and small dogs.  It is just wonderful.  There are big toys for the dogs, a washing area, and lots of room to run off leash.Right next to the Dog Pa...
