Town House Condo, Sarasota, Florida One of the main complaints about the fabulous downtown area is that there are so few affordable places to live.  Golden Gate Point is well known as a showcase for multi-million dollar properties with spectacular views of the bay and downtown skyline making this an excellent option in Sarasota real estate. Nestled in and amongst those properties, though, is a little complex called Town House Condo. These condominiums are small in stature compared to some of the towering new buildings.
