That is the same way you find a Realtor you can trust.   Not all doctors are created equal.  Experience does matter. Doctors tend to speciaize in different areas.  This is a good thing.  You dont need a brain surgeon to treat your cold. What are you thoughts and feelings about getting treated by a recent medical school graduate?  It takes time to develop into a good doctor who can be trusted.  All my doctors are younger than me these days but it didn't used to be that way. This is not a column about how to find a doctor, but all of my comments about doctors can be directly applied to a Real Estate agent.  Experience does matter.  Knowledge is key.   Select a Realtor the same way you might select a Doctor.  Interview several, ask the right questions and then make a decision based upon th...

Just Listed in Coastal Dunes in Santa Rosa Beach Coastal Dunes is a small town home community in a world of condominiums.  Small means that there are only 13 homes in this complex.  the complex is a gated subdivision within a short walk of the Gulf Of Mexico.  The complex does have a smaller pool for the exclusive use of the owners in this complex.  The units were built around 2008 which sounds kinda sketchy but this was during the wild west and the original developer had financial problems and the final development stalled for a period of time.  I had the privilege of touring 44 Coastal Dunes yesterday during a Brokers Open House.  This unit recently came on the market priced at $576,900.  It is a four (4) bedroom four (4) bath home with 2,248 square feet of living area and a one car g...

The thickburger Beyond Thickburger is worth a try its a plant based burger so you wont be getting the puss from the regluar burgers along with antibiotics they pump them full with and the corn that they inflat them with, see King Corn documentary if your interested to learn more and why you might want to switch to plant based. If your not into animal cruetly then this burger is for you.    This is the option of the morning burrito from Hardees, with hash browns, egg, cheese, and beyond meat sausage patty. It is worth a try. This is all new to me to have a selection from a drive through of plant based, being vegetarian for over 20 years its nice to see selections everywhere now.

     Beyond Thickburger, you can order it on the regular bun or the sourdough bun frisco burger. I have tried both, having an option at a fast food place is new to me. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years and I try to support any chain that carrys anything I like that is plant based. I like these with ketchup, pickle, mustard, cheese. I am not sure where and when this quote was first uttered but it makes sense when you consider that more and more folks are adapting to an extended family life style.  This means that we have more families with several generations staying under one roof.
