      I wanted to take time to point out the recent activity in one of 30A's most attractive gated communities - Draper Lake.  Draper has been silent over the last few years.  Original owners bought as investment and got caught just as the market started to slip.  Because of this there is currently only 1 home in the community....but that's close to changing.    In the recent months there have been 5 closings, 4 new under contract, and we find ourselves with only 13 left available for sale.  I had the pleasure of helping a buyer recently put a lake front lot under contract that will offer really nice views.    After speaking with the Architecture Review Board, I can anticipate several homes that will begin construction in the coming months.  I know that many drive by the community on 30... 01/26/2011
