Yesterday we have wind gusts of up to 70 mph in the area at times.  Rain was everywhere, but the day after is the best.  I woke up to 65 degree dry weather and clear blue skies.  Absolutely stunning across the area this morning.  One local home in the Blue Mt. Beach Area had some roof damage and we had some downed trees, but overall we weathered the storm. On Sunday night I got to see a performance by the RETURN.  They are a Beatles Reunion Band that have the style and music of the Beatles down pat.  What fun.  Yes, the event organizer had to move the event inside but it was so much fun and there was a lot of dancing going on.     One of my short sale sellers called me confused the other day.  We had his Santa Rosa Beach Florida home under contract as a short sale.  The mortgage holder, Bank of America, had approved the sale recently, and we were moving toward closing.
