    This was one of the most unusual short sales I've ever gotten approved.  It all started when an investor with a PNC mortgage called me about his property in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. Beachcrest is located off of the 30A corridor at 3768 Scenic Hwy 30-A, Seagrove Beach, FL 32459. Walton County has a building and zoning rule along this scenic highway of no more than 4 stories high, but this 1985 built 12 floor building was grandfathered in.  It has 70 units and 200 feet of gulf frontage.  All 70 units are 2 bedroom units and approximately 1,000 sqaure feet each.  They have an outdoor heated pool, gazebo and BBQ area, and washer and dryers.  There is also an on-site rental office for ease of guests.
