Seaside, FL has an awesome turnout for its 10th annual Seaside Half Marathon this past weekend.  Although I do not participate, I do have a bird's eye view of the racers from my 4th story condo.  My dog Dolly who viewed the race for the first time in her life loved it too. Dolly watching the runners in the 10th Annual Seaside half marathon. There were 3,700 runners and 300 volunteers this year.  This is the maximum amount of runners allowed for this race.  The race begins at Seaside and the turnaround point is Gulf Place along the 30A corridor.  The event benefits the Seaside Neighborhood School.  Female runners far outweigh the males runners, with 74% participation.  It ends up being more of a girl's getaway weekend and a reason to come to the beach.  The race has grown in popularity n... 03/04/2012

Seaside currently has 30 Active listings.  Only 2 sales in the month of February.  With this type of inventory and sales ration, it will take 65 weeks to exhaust the total inventory in Seaside.
