I will start out by saying that I grew up a chubby kid.  My mom cooked more southern than Paula Deen. I was chubby up to 15 y/o.  When I hit High School, a very special young lady caught my eye and just like any silly kid, I set out to impress the girl. Today was the almost culmination of our year long Project H.O.P.E which stands for HELPING OTHER PEOPLE EAT.  For the last few weeks, I have been giving you progress reports and today was the loading of the trailer to take all of our bagged groceries to the Harvest Food and Outreach Center tomorrow where we will distribute 500 traditional meals to wonderful families that need a hand up at Christmas.  These are all folks hand selected by the Harvest Food and Outreach Center who have made a conscientious effort to not only reach out for food but also for help.  This wonderful organization job trains the breadwinners into new jobs if they have lost theirs while at the same time, offering them greatly discounted grocery shopping, and sometimes just a simple hand here and there. Do you know how I spent yesterday? First I let my office talk me into doing a charity golf game this Friday, so I thought it best to maybe go and learn how to at least hold a club. 3 of the guys took me and we played my first ever round of golf. Yeah I know no big deal? Try carrying your 280 lb but around a golf course for nearly 5 hours in 92 degree heat. I lost weight. And I missed church for this. So last week, I left you with this blog:  Homefindermaker.Com Challenge: What would I do to makeover my business? LIVE BOLD! Read on! Tonight and every Monday i am going to leave you with a short progress report good or bad. I started on Monday with a 2 mile run/walk and took just 28:53 to complete.  Now I hear you already, but I was 288.4 lbs on Monday. By Saturday, I was able to to a 2 mile non stop run and completed in 23:59. On Sunday, I took it to 2.75 miles. I rested today and I weighed in tonight at 286.8   Now I hear you, it's only 1. 6 lbs but the best part is I just ran 6 days straight and I am not sore and ready for tomorrow.
