I posted two weeks ago on the St Augustine real Estate Deal of the week http://activerain.com/blogsview/53409/St-Augustine-Beach-Deal at that time the Builder had about 12 units left but since then they are now down to just 2 Units and any fallouts. If you read my post , previewed and purchase a unit then you are with great company.
