There is an unusual practice in Florida that does not exist in other areas of the country. Small, really good eateries are housed in gas stations. Such is the case with Sergios Tacos Mexican Grill. Tucked away in a Mobil gas station at 5470 Murrell Road in Rockledge on the northwest corner of Murrell Road and Viera Blvd is Sergios Tacos Mexican Grill. Being from Colorado, I used to spend a month every year in Mexico. When in Mexico, my favorite food was the delicious street food I found in carts. Much of the time that was tacos.
