As you may or may not be aware, October is breast cancer awareness month, and it is up to us to get the word out and bring awareness to this horrible disease.  I myself can attest to this life altering disease when I say that it is an  ordeal for anyone to have to go through, my mother is DEALING WITH HER SECOND BATTLE w/ Breast Cancer, and I feel that I have a burden to carry in trying to get the word out, it is odd how such a horrible, awful, disgusting disease can bring something great out in someone, once it has hit a member of your family or a friend, you feel this compelling desire to get the word out and get the awareness out, I don't know what it is.  I am contemplating doing the 3 day walk for my mother, 60 miles in 3 days.  I know it is a challenge and it has been laid upon my... 09/28/2008

We just got a call from one of our sellers that we have listed as a short sale in Port St Lucie Florida. They were just served with foreclosure papers. As soon as the foreclosure process became a matter of public record at the county clerk they started getting calls and direct mail from all these people who suddenly showed up in their lives to help them. There are so many scams out there, be careful. First of all, DO NOT LET ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSE THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW! In our sellers' mailbox someone had put a flyer that was handwritten and copied. This flyer said that this person would take over the sellers' payments no matter how much they owe. They would just come and assume their loan no matter how much they owed.
