I just sold my listing at 1050 NE 27th TE in the Harbor Village community of Pompano Beach, FL. It was a bank owned property on the canal with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges for boaters. The 3/2 pool home was listed for $469,900 and ended up selling for $510,000. Additionally, it had over 20 offers! Although it sold quickly, it was in pending status for many months due to excessive liens over $100,000 from a code compliance issue. We  eventually got the liens reduced to something more manageable and we finally closed today.
