Last I read, the Fashion Mall in Midtown Plantation was purchased by Chinese Investors.  Their plans were to tear down the Macy's and Lord and Taylor locations and build condos.  The Plantation Executive Pavillion offices have emptied out because businesses cannot get their occupational licenses from the city of Plantation...too many unresolved code violations.Does anyone out there have any updated information?http://www.premierguaranty.com

I`ve often ask this question to myself in regards to people who are looking to buy. In this case i`ve seen it all.   Yesterday, we had a showing on our listing at Plantation Florida Real Estate at Coco Plum   The couple that viewed the home have been there 3x`s before with two different agents, yesterday, i must admit that both my client and i were a bit surprised at seeing them again.   I have no idea why they keep coming back with different agents,nor do I understand "How come they aren`t writing an offer',but that`s just part of the business.   The best part of seeing this couple for the 4x is that they ask them same questions over and over. Many sellers today are turning to discount or flat fee listing companies to try to get their homes sold in today's real estate market.  These sellers belive that offering a commission will entice a buyer's agent to work directly with a seller in the negotiating process.What are these sellers thinking?  Don't they know that there are a plethora of listings on the market that are represented by professional Realtors?  I am amazed how these sellers still believe that the real estate market is 2-3 years ago where placing a for sale sign in front of a home would lead to dozens of showings and offers.  Now, with by owners listing with flat fee companies, they still place their for sale by owner sign in their front yard.  How awkward do real estate professionals feel when they pull up to a hom...
