Island chefs are preparing to showcase their signature dishes at the 4th Annual Taste of the Beach, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 17-18, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gulfside Pavilion on Pensacola Beach. Several years ago the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce was working with area businesses, brainstorming ways to showcase the beach businesses and extend the season. Feeling that the best time to visit the beach is during the months of September and October they hit upon the idea of having a “Taste of the Beach” here in the Pensacola area. Pensacola Beach Condos Under $200,000 Finding a condo on Pensacola Beach for under $200,000 has not - at least for the 10 years that I have been selling condos on Pensacola Beach - been an easy thing to do. And even with the slump in our beach real estate market, it's still not an easy thing to do. But, it's not impossible!
