Market update for July 2008 The inventory of listed homes in Lehigh woods decreased by 8% from June to July. The change in average sale price was very minimal.  The average sale price to list price difference is not as drastic as Seminole woods this month...but that is still a large difference between what is selling and what current inventory is listed for.
