We have several neighborhoods that offer different styles of living, especially enjoying sports of all kind. My client was a father and young daughter looking for a place that she could have a pony. Did you know that you can look at a horse's eye and tell his disposition? When looking for my breeding stock, I  always determine if the horse has good gentle eyes.  When breeding at my farm, artificial insemination is used. At least that was my choice. Live mount breeding can get a little dangerous sometimes and cause the mare or stallion to become injured. I also have to handle the mare during breeding and after, so I certainly want a a mare with A KIND EYE.
